Super Alkaline Foods

Here is a list of Alkaline foods to combat aging of any kind:
-Vegetables with dark leaves...star preformer !!!
-lemons & limes (fresh ones),
- garlic, -onions
-fruits
- unsalted seeds
-olive oil
-whole grains

This is a reminder for myself to incorporate as much of these into my diet as possible!
We can continue eating acid producing food like (animal protein, coffee, colas, sugar, processed carbs) if we take care to balanced it with more of the alkaline foods
